ASIO Output Plugin (Winamp)

I have to have 48khz resampling enabled under otchans ASIO_output 0.43 SSE... But im wondering, theres 3 options for this.. (Quality Wise).. Low.. High.. And Top.

Top has a pretty nitfty hit on CPU and lags some realtime apps down pretty badly.. Is there any differences between the 3 options or what?

that there is a difference, you realized yourself... normally following the rules here you should ABX it and tell if there is a difference (even if this is not really helping you)

the difference between the three settings should be difference precision (I was btw. just trying myself and I FEEL very good with the setting "High")

So technically, TOP sounds better than HIGH?

But high is alot less intense on the CPU?

Or am I totally off?

If so,  I'm just trying to figure out the best settings for my system.

So thanks to any and all of you for past/future help.

Basically yes.

The higher setting are probably more mathematically correct, but the difference in sound quality may not be big enough to be noticed. My guess is that HIGH is good enough.
