auto dj ??

I installed random pools and cant seem to figure out how to make it work??
Im looking for it to just random play tracks from library without rhyme or reason

You will have to show how you have it set up if you want good help.
OTOH, does not sound like you need to master random pools. Why not simply have one playlist that includes the entire library and set play to random?

my library is 1tb so that may not be feasable?

It's the method I use and it works fine, but my library is currently about a third the size of yours. I'd give it a try; if your collection breaks foobar, report it.

Highly doubtful library size would break it. He probably just set it up incorrectly as it's kind of confusing at first. But as tpijag suggested OP is probably better off just selecting all his files and playing them in random or shuffle playback order based on what he said.
