Stores information about lossless post processing fading.
A block can be faded without re-encoding. And the fading can be undone when necessary.
Fading values contains the multiplicator for the 1151st sample of the block,
fading volume is interpolated linear between frames.
Fading enlarges data rate of affected frames by 0.6 kbps (at 44100 Hz).
