How split a Divx file .OGM under Mac OSX

How split a Divx file .OGM under Mac OSX ?

That's the question !
I can't split Divx that has .ogm extension : Ffmpeg or SplitMe are not able to build 2 chunks without add to the 2nd chunk not only the normal 2nd part but also the whole file from starting !!!

Who know a way to split Divx.ogm working under Mac OSX (OS 10.2.5) ???

> Here's is an exemple of file I've to split :

["my_movie_title" Bivx CD2 us fr Oggs 128 Xvid 2passes 640x272.ogm]

Does it exist an app to split easily this kind of file?

Have I to plan 2 steps to get it ?
- 1/ First to encode all the file or only a sound track....
- 2/ Then use re-encoded file with usual tools like Ffmpeg or SplitMe....

Thanx to gimme tips and if possible the solution to resolve this case.
Thanx !!!!

AFAIK there are not even tools to create OGMs on MacOS, leave alone to split them ....
