What is the best way to get past read/sync errors when ripping Indie c

I recently decided to archive my cd collection in flac format. I discovered this and many other valuable websites in the process, and this is my first post. I used a guide by someone named Xuncat at Blowfish.be/eac/index which was quite in depth and allowed me to set up EAC for the best possible rips. I have ripped quite a few cds in my collection now and it is working great. I have come across problems with certain cds however. From what i've read in the past couple days i can only assume that it is either the cds or the fact that i have my EAC settings a little too accurate for these specific cds. I have an LG super multi DVD RW and i'm running on windows 7 64-bit.

Primary problem - Read, sync, suspicious position errors when trying to rip cds by independant artists. Mainly small local bands. Seeing as they are small bands with low budgets, i can only assume the cds are what you guys would call a 'bad press'. Although these cds play fine in normal cd players and dont have a problem doing lossy rips with programs like wmp or winamp. I have tried different gap detection methods just incase the gaps were off and that was causing some sort of sync problem, but the gaps didnt change. I tried ripping again, but the first cd i tried couldnt rip a single song. and the second cd the first song had a read error but the rest of the songs ripped perfectly, except the CRC for the test and copy of Track 4 were different even though the track was 100%..... but i dont know what that means. These are all albums that are not in the Accuraterip or FreeDB database. i tried turning off accurate rip but that didnt stop the read errors. Will turning on C2 error information give me any of the information i need?

I'm not really sure what to do. These cds are unscratched, and for all intensive purposes, are essentially in perfect condition. But i would rather not resort to using a program other than EAC because i still value the rips just as much if not more than any of my well known cds.

I hope i was thorough enough in the description of my problem, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here is the log file information from the cd with the one bad track, with the 2 extra tries on the bad track.
