"New File Tagger" component

Hey, I have recently re-installed an unsupported old component, cwb_hooks, in order to use "New File Tagger".  I prefer using this to Playback Statistics to timestamp files, as I use my MP3s in different players and therefore need all the meta-info in the file tags.

cwb_hooks still works great with masstagger, but I get an annoying warning message on startup.  I understand that 90% of cwb_hooks probably doesn't work anymore.  Is anyone working on creating a new component just for the "New File Tagger" feature?
