upgrade to opteron 170 (dual-core), socket 939 ?

So basically the only 939 cpu that i could find close to my location is opteron 170,

my current cpu is AMD Athlon 64, 1800 MHz (9 x 200) 3000+,

so will this work fine enough with my ram and everything?

full report, current state here;

tnx for any opinions.
