WAV to FLAC problem -- outputs small files

I'm wanting to seed a torrent, so I am trying to prepare the files.

I ripped a disc with the latest EAC using the appropriate settings.  When I try to encode the WAVs, it outputs a very small flac file.  I'm using the GUI and just hit the Encode button.  The cmd window tells me that the ratio=0.001.

I was able to get one file to encode correctly.  After my initial try, I had to re-rip that file with EAC.  When I encoded it, it worked fine.  However, I still get the problem with all of the other files.

Any ideas?

By "wavpack" you mean ".wav"?  (I'm new to this stuff.)
Uh-oh.  There's no sound at all.  Hm....  An EAC problem then.

I re-ripped them all and everything's fine.

He's talking about uncompressed PCM not WavPack.
