flac in mka don't play correctly

after merging all album in one mka with cue sheet attachment and chapters info from it, all seem just fine

the first problem is:
I cannot seek inside the file, since the seekpoints which I choose, only seek within the first, say, 20 seconds of the file.

second:
it playing first track, till it end, and over! only after playing all album (all mka file) it switch to second track, and so on...

ps
purpose why i wanted to use "full album in mka", cos i've many dj's set and want to keep ONE set in ONE file. --don't want .CUE + .FLAC or smth. cos don't have such metadata functionality, such matroska has.

What version of foo_matroska do you have? I got 0.8.0 from here.

Although the created file plays now fine in foobar2000 (the seeking is working and the track lenght is the track lenght - before it acted kind of wierd...), the chapters created from the .cue sheet (created by EAC) are still wrong - every next chapter is a subchapter of the previous one. Also the starting times are shown wrong by MatroskaProp - the start time of the second track is 4hr something (the file is created from a cd which is at max around 80 minutes)...

Now if i tag the .mka file in foobar and extract the tags as a .xml file, the track numbers are referred to as TRACKNUMBER, not TRACK as stated in the tag-specs, also the tag levels are not specified in the extracted .xml (like 50 for the album and 30 for the track) and the TOTAL_PARTS and PART_NUMBERs are not written. I don't really know who has to write those, because yesterday was the first time i ever looked at a .xml file...

When loading the .cue file to Chapter Editor (MKVmergeGUI 1.0.1), should one delete those INDEX 00 and INDEX 01, because theire "super" chapter already has a starting time?

Anyway maybe all this is easy and there are some other tools to do this more simple. This is a "normal" album (flac + cue) i'm trying to get right and i cant even imagine what the classical music would be like when doing it right whit all the levels inplace. (Maybe there should be seperate muxing profiles in the future for "normal" and classical music)

PS the MatroskaProp and foobar have problems displaying the bitrate of the flac file, the first one can't show it at all and the latter is somewhat inconsistent (when a track is palying it seems to be correct, but otherwise wrong).

I hope there will be better solutions to mux audio and chapter/tag info to matroska than  xml editing.

Sorry for the double-post, but if the answer is so very obvious (i mean this in a serious manner) and i'm too blind to see, that the troubles i and squalleo get into are caused by ourselves doing things wrongly, could a Matroska developer just say so. (and maybe a little hint-link to read, to do things right  )
