Put each collection of .ogg's (grouped by album) in their own subdirectory and from the parent directory type "vorbisgain -a -r *.ogg" at the commandline.

First thing you should do is download multi frontend, should b able to find it with google. Install it (i think you have to unzip it into a folder) and then place the vorbisgain application into the multi frontend folder. Open multifrontend and click add files, find the files u want to add. Now in the box next to "Codec:" choose vorbisgain. in the Options box I tend to only type -a -r. This means that:
1. it will calculate the an average gain for the whole album
2. it will go through each file in order (i think...i always put in -r but im not sure if u need it)
If you want to work out the gain for each file separately only type: -r
Read the vorbisgain help webpage for more info.

hope this helps, i remember having troubles with vorbisgain too
