EAC Write Error!

hi,
I recaived strange error while trying to burn CUE image with EAC.. it says:

Write Error!
Write Blocks CDText:
Logical unit not ready, long write in progress

does anyone know what's wrong? I unchecked "Drive is able to write CD-Text" and tried again.. but with the same result.. tried to set write offset to 0 and uncheck
"Drive is able to write UPC/ISRC" but nothing happened.. after damaging couple of CDs I gave it up.. strange is, that after loading the damaged CD, EAC shows the Track Titles and Album, Artist name correctly.. but the CD is empty..

My drive is PIONEER DVD-RW 107D (it supports CD-TEXT writing/reading).
BTW, writing image using NERO seem to work just fine, but I want to use EAC to correct Write offset..  Thanks for help..

PIO??

I had the same problem with my Pionner DVR-105. Apparently, EAC doesn't support these drives.

Did you try different CDR media ?
I also had and have problems writing audio CDs, similar problems like the ones you mentioned (no CD text or only CD text, not the audio etc).
It seems that my writer or EAC or the combination of both doesn't like TDK CDR-XG, there were various problems.
I know that I know nothing. But how can I then know that ?

Exact Audio Copy does not natively support my laptop's internal CD-R(W) drive, and gave similar error messages, but after asking Andre about this he suggested I launch EAC with the "-forcesony" switch. So I created a second shortcut to EAC and added "-forcesony" to the end of the target field, and it works.

Net after-effect: I have two EAC shortcuts in my scrolling Quicklaunch menu. One is for my external NEC ND-2500A (which is natively supported), and the other is for my internal Toshiba SR-C8002 (using "-forcesony"). Both drives have been properly offset-calibrated, and I can rip and/or burn with either of them, or with either combination, and the audio/offsets will be identical... although the ND-2500A does produce a higher-quality burn, in terms of the overall C1 average usage.
