TPlayer & ogg Vorbis

I'm happy to announce that the next release of TPlayer will include playback of ogg Vorbis files.

Sorry, I didn't know that a DirectX filter existed for ogg files.
Found it, installed it, implemented it and now works great.

(note: uppon request I will send only the exe file, not the complete installation program)
