How to send just a playlist from PC to mobile?

As the editing and generation of a playlist is much easier to be done on a Laptop or PC, I am struggeling to get the PC-playlist to the mobile foobar cellphone. Using Windows 10 / Apple iphone 13.
I tried to export the playlist and then sent the playlist-file by email to my mobile.
Unfortunately there is non  file association in iOs thus I could not use the foobar-playlist in my cellphone.
Is there any way to generate a Foobar playlist with an Laptop and then send it to the mobile Foobar?
