Foobar2000 and vst plugins.

Hello!
Problem: The Voxengo SPAN plugin freezes in Foobar2000 when opened via Keyboard Shortcuts. When manually opening the View - DSP - Voxengo SPAN, the plugin opens and works properly.
Fabfilter VST plugins open and work perfectly through Keyboard Shortcuts. And only Voxengo SPAN, when opened via Keyboard Shortcuts, refuses to function.
It is not very convenient to call the plugin through the View menu every time.
Is there a way to solve the problem?

Not sure this is the problem, but your video clip shows that you have two DSP entries in the main menu. One of them is from a third party component and I recall it does things incorrectly. Also you are using super ancient foobar2000. I recall Peter has been kind enough to add workarounds for the incorrect DSP menu in newer foobars.

When I choose the adapter from the View in v1.6.16 Foobar crashes. In v2.0 the View menu doesn't contain the adapter. So in both instances I get the VSTs working by going into Preferences - Playback - DSP Manager and launching it from there.

All my third-party VST plugins work fine.
Voxengo SPAN also works fine, only if you run it manually.
And I need Voxengo SPAN to run like my other vsts using a hotkey.
Voxengo SPAN does not work if you run it using a hotkey.
Other modern VST work well when launched via keyboard shortcuts.

It is very inconvenient and long. All my vsts are called by pressing one key on the keyboard. Only Voxengo SPAN does not want to work with hotkeys...

Care to share how you set it up? Trigger DSP chain presets? I used to have single VSTs set to launch on key presses, but that was with the previous wrapper and a long time ago. EDIT: What VSTs are you running besides Voxengo SPAN?
