foobar2000 volume control

good afternoon any  1 have a idea to replace the volume control slider with something like this ( see picture)

i am using foobar2000 1.6.16
windows 1164bit

In default UI it is possible to remove volume bar and add buttons with functions mute, volume up and volume down. But it is not possible to display volume in toolbar. But volume can be displayed in status bar.
Right click on toolbar->uncheck Volume control
Right click on toolbar->customize buttons. Mute,  Up and Down are located under [main]->Playback->Volume. Use "Change Icon..." to set your own icons for buttons.
Volume step for buttons can be changed in File->Preferences->Advanced->Playback->Volume step
Right click in status bar->Show volume

Oh, sorry. To see "Customize buttons" you need to right click exactly on buttons, not just toolbar.

good morning yayyy i did it thank you very much for your help much appropriate just 1 small question how do you get numbers to appear when you increase or decrease the volume many thanks

You cannot display the current volume in the toolbar.

However, you can enable volume display by right clicking anywhere on the status bar and enabling Show volume, This will show the current dB value at the bottom right of the window.

Volume step for buttons can be changed in File->Preferences->Advanced->Playback->Volume step

i see no volume step in my playback preferences ( see picture )

It's quite literally there in your screenshot. Look again.  :))

Use the filter bar at the top and type vol if you really need the extra help.

i see it now after filtering vol but how do tick it so it appears after a right click and select it many thanks in advance

The status bar I mentioned before is the bottom of the main window.

like in my first post i have added plus and minus sound controls but I don't know to get volume level

It's hidden under your on-screen keyboard, bottom right in the fb2k window.

As said many times above, it is not available to be added to the toolbar.  It only appears in the status bar.
It's your privilege to disagree, but that doesn't make you right and me wrong.

If I remember correctly (I'm not sure), those volume buttons you show appeared with a device in UPNP/DLNA, when I put the output on that network device.

^I had no idea what about that but confirmed, If install foo_out_upnp and then select my TV as the output, the volume slider changes by itself. But it flat out doesn't work for me. I can't get anything to play.  :))

edit: I was too lazy to check the console before removing it. I couldn't care less.  :P
