Update downloads page

I think this page http://www.foobar2000.org/download needs to be updated.
Due to changes in system requirements.
And may be add link to latest XP version.
Just suggestions to make this page more clear for some users. ;)

Me thinks 99% of all users considers it "as plain as a pikestaff..." :D

I've already met a user who thinks that 1.6 supports XP, because on "download" page in "system requirements" he sees "Windows XP - SP2". And he trusts this page, not the changelog. :)

Fixed, thanks for reporting.
It's not like the installer lets you overwrite a working version with one that no longer works on your PC.
Also, a new version is out even for the XP users, which the news page mentions.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
