Problem using Cuetools

Hi, I'm a new member and I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I've been using Cuetools happily for a couple years with no issues...mostly to split Flac image files into separate tracks. I just got a new computer running Win 7 64 bit. I DL'd EAC and Cuetools and tried to run the usual function. I used to just click on the folder containing the file and it worked fine. Now it can't seem to find the Cue file, all it finds are the .jpg images (covers). Even when I specify the Cue file, it doesn't see it. Please help!
Thanks

You got a current version of CUETools (2.1.5 or 2.1.6) from cuetools.net, right? I've been using 2.1.6 for a year with no problem on Win7.

Under CUE Paths, I click on the triangle next to the Input folder icon, and choose "Folder browser" so the upper left corner says "Folder browser". From the folder browser I can navigate to a folder, double click it, and I see a representation of the contents, including .cue, .m3u, and (however many) files.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, as I mentioned, I've been using Cuetools for awhile. I have DL'd version 2.1.6
I navigate right to the cue file, click "Go" and it only pulls up the .jpg files in the folder, then gives me error message: Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'Freedb, Version=1.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of it's dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
