Where are custom tags names actually stored?

I'm using some TXXX frames for tags which I gave the same name that iTunes uses for tvsh and tven frames, unsupported by foobar2000.
My question is: would iTunes recognize them as actual tvsh and tven frames by the name? Is it stored in the audio file? Or is it in the foobar configuration files?

What kind of stupid question is this given you were using axone.jar just a few hours ago?

EDIT: To answer the question about itunes.... of course it won't recognise TXXX frames.

You used a 3rd party program to view frames in an mp3 file which is completely independent from foobar2000 and after using it, you're thinking the frames are not inside the mp3 file but are in some foobar2000 configuration file?

I'm now going to take a lie down because my head hurts.

EDIT: Just in case you weren't aware, you can select TXXX frames on the left hand side so you see the name and value like this...

Not the frames of course, I mean the custom name, the one I write in:

Preferences>Advanced>Display>Properties Dialog>Standard Fields

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear.

That would be written to configuration\Core.cfg.
