Are .adt and .adts files possible to open in foobar?

I scrolled through file associations in Windows and I found these 2 file types: .adt and .adts . They are by default opened by Windows Media Player. Is there any plugin that allows such files to be opened in foobar?

It... looks like it's a form of AAC? Maybe?
Wikipedia: AAC - Container Formats

Do you actually have any of these files to mess around with?

No. I just saw them on list of files that WMP opens by default in Win7x64/Win8.1x64.

But why do you want a plugin if you don't even have these files?

Maybe my question was improperly constructed...
I just want to know if there is known possibility for such files to be opened in foobar, or if anyone knows that they aren't playable at all? I was just surprised that WMP bullshit is prepared to open file types that I never heard about. And I wanted to know if foobar is also capable to open them.

A quick search on the web gives me this list of programs that can open .adt files:
VLC | KMPlayer | Zoom Player | PotPlayer | iTunes | Windows Media Player | Notepad

overview of the .adt specification can be read here:  http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/audio/vnd.dlna.adts

Thanks andrew and derty for your replies, but still it will be nice if someone who develops opening procedures for AAC streams/files or simply knows something about them could give an answer. As far as I know there is a problem with opening Raw AAC stream in foobar, so I am curious about those files, as it seems that they are another AAC variant.
