^ If I follow these (if it even works still) instructions I am able to export my Foobar playcount to iTunes and via iTunes I can throw the info to Last.FM ?

unlikely. last.fm submissions have to be timestamped and nothing can be submitted that's older than your most recent scrobble.

Even if I make a new account and try it that way ? Try to send these to a fresh account, I remember there being a some sort of importing option @ Last.FM

i just had a quick google and it seems you can import data from itunes, windows media player and winamp when creating a new account....

Thanks for confirmation  I'll report back if this works, now iTunes just has to scan through 1tb of music. This thing is slow as hell...
