Pops (clicks) with music

I am currently using foobar2000 1.0.3 to listen to music with Primary Sound Driver. I've been noticing pops during parts of music (mostly Classical music). When I go back to the parts that "pop". It doesn't occur again when I go over that certain section. It will occur when I have very little going on in the background, or when I'm running uTorrent and foobar2000. I don't notice any problems with MPC-HC when I play videos.

I cleaned the TRS 1/4 inch cables, but I have left the XLR cables alone. I have a battery powered headphone amplifier connected to the audio interface. And the pops are still nocticeable through the headphones (pop noises are random). I don't think it's coming from the speakers.

I ran DPC Latency Checker and it looks normal.

I suspected it to be the SSD. But all the music is running from a secondary HDD. I ran SeaTools and it passed both tests. I think the HDD is good. The SSD, I don't know how to check it.

Any suggestions would help.

What happens if you extend your playback buffer in foobar2000 (to something like 5000ms)?
Preferences > Playback > Output

C.
PC = TAK + LossyWAV  ::  Portable = Opus (130)

What hardware are you using? Have you tried using WASAPI plugin for Foobar?
