Can Foobar2000 output tags to .txt?

Hello! I'm looking for a way to have foobar overwrite .txt files with the currently playing track's tags, or a string of characters and tags. The closest thing I've found that can do this is foo_texttools, which comes VERY close to what I need, but only sets this text in the clipboard. Does anything like this exist?

Text Tools
