I now convert the rating scale on the initial scan

Also included are the following fixes (this is almost the final 0.2 release)
- Fix iTunes import failing when library is not in the standard location
- Fix equaliser settings not being applied to songs in some cases
- Fix embdeded cuesheet now following standard format when the first track has a pregap
- Fix cuesheet track start time for albums longer than 1 hour
- Fix Quick Track album selector so that albums are now also separated by album artist

Anyone who has already installed a previous version just copy the new .exe from http://www.mediafire.com/?demfjj2bqmk to the MusicBee program folder
