Sansa fuze 16 or 32 ohm headphones?

Hello,
I read that sansa fuze output is 60mw 16ohm http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board/mess...;thread.id=5974, but some people said that playing at high volume (using 16ohm headphones) they can hear some clips. Other guy reply that it should be solved using 32ohm headphones.  http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showp...mp;postcount=14
My question is how can be achieved better perfomance?

Thans for the help
