Program to create Syncronized/Timed lyrics

As the title suggests, is there a program (or foobar2k component) that I can use to create/edit the syncronized lyrics of my songs with? I've tried googling for it, but I couldn't find anyhting to do with this, as I don't really know what this program would be called.


WMP's Sync'd Lyrics editor

Something similar to WMP would be perfect (add a marker, move it to somewhere on the Waveform, and type lyrics, repeat). But if I edit with WMP, and save, they dont show up in foobar2k at all.
