Transcode with iPod Winamp Plugin

Hi all

I've 320kps mp3-files on my HD and want it on my iPod in a lower bitrate.

I tried the "on the fly" transcode feature of the iPod plugin. But this does not work. The mp3's are not converted to aac.

Maybe the problem is in the following
There's a setting-checkbox "Transcode mp3-files using...".
But I dont't know what to fill in the box below??

Can anybody help me?
