No sound from EMU10k1 (SB0101) with kX's driver

I've just installed the lastest sound card driver from kX Project.

After an installation and a reboot, I hear no sound from my SBLive. Then I look for the problem on the kX's issue page and found that there are a bug on the SB0101 card with the driver:
Code: [Select]
SB006x / SB010x cards have an issue with ASIO input and output mappings that can't be fixed (a hardware problem).

My card is unlucky the SB0101. And I donno if this means no sound could be generated from that card with kX's driver.

Do you know how do I use the drivers from kX Project with sound?
If I couldn't, how do I have a better sound quality with my SB0101?

P.S. I've done a search with the forum and there is no topic related to kX and SB0101.

ASIO = Advanced Streaming Input Output, technology by Steinber, used in some professional audio apps (like Cubase).

If you are using stereo speakers, you should turn off "Swap Front and Rear" option in kX Mixer or plug your speakers to "Rear" port?
