Per-Monitor Aware / DPICHANGED support planned for Foobar2000?

Hi,

Foobar2000 2.24.1 doesn't adjust automatically when user changes scaling in Windows Settings resulting in blurry text.
The new scaling is only applied on application restart, basically same problem as described in this issue report for Notepad++:
https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus/issues/5873

Is there any plan to support "dynamic scaling" like other modern programs on Windows 11?

Issue:
1. Start Foobar2000 with recommended Windows scaling, eg. 100%
2. Change scaling to 125% in Windows 11 settings
3. Check text rendering in Foobar2000

Actual result: blurry, enlarged font
Expected: crisp font scaled up
