I'm glad you were able to get at least most of your files back.

Just to be on the safe side, I would suggest you run a memtest on your PC for at least a couple of passes.  Just to be sure your memory isn't bad and corrupting files while they are being copied.

Thanks. The ones that concerned me the most are the recordings I made of the late Frankie Knuckles on his old XM Def Mix show back in 2005 and 2006. Got those back, so I'm really happy about that.
