HELP - CD Ripping Problem !

Hi:

I like the CD ripping feature of foobar2000 and have used it to rip my entire collection of CD's a few months ago.

Now when I listen to some CD's (every one of my classical music CD and some pop music CD's), a few seconds
(5-20) of the end of the last track of a CD are missing. I don't know why. It cannot be that these CD's are all
bad in the last few seconds. The drive settings on foobar2000 are Ripping Security = standard and
Read offset correction = 0.
I am not sure what the read offset correction should be. foobar2000's default value for it is zero.
I also tried to click on Auto and the value becomes 697. Any meaning? What should I do with it?

Any help is appreciated.

By the way, I used Exact Audio Copy to rip the same CD's again. There is no problem at all.
