How can I split WAV file with Sony Audio Forge?

Hi all:

I use Sony Audio Forge Studio 9.0 to tweak cassette dubs and some commercial CDs. My goal is to tweak one file, then split it into individual tracks/files.

In the case of ripping a CD with EAC and importing into Audio Forge, the region markers were correctly inserted at the chapter marks.
Now, I need to spit the resultant wav file into several files before encoding to MP3

I am at a loss as to do this. I know of no way to export the region marks as a cuesheet with Audio Forge

Can I accomplish what I want to do with Sound Forge alone or do I need CD Architect too? I like using Audio Forge, so rather stick with it.

Thanks
