claim: oversampling CDP DACs don't output PCM

from the Steve Hoffman forum, posted by an SACD fanboy in reference to modern DACs in CD players:

"PCM is already delta-sigma, just look at all the new DACs, no delta-sigma DAC's output PCM data."

Digital to Analog converter.

No DAC outputs PCM, they output analog.
