5 to 1 toslink switch? or 5 input receiver?

Is there a 5 to 1 toslink switch in existence? Most that I have run across are 3 to 1 and look to be of awful build quality...

If such a device does not exist, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced receiver with 5 toslink inputs on it?

Thanks, manually moving around optical lines is just getting a little tiring at this point.
