Flash & Audio

I'v been developing flash web sites with mp3 audio for some time now.  I was wondering if its possible to get a flash site to play OGG as I think its the best for low bit rate encoding.

Flash does not support OGG format, sadly.

Oh well,

I hope macromedia realise what they are missing out on by not integrating ogg with flash!

I agree wholeheartedly - I was thinking about this recently, while working on a Flash demo for a client. I wonder if the addition of Speex to the Xiph "stable" might increase the likelihood of Flash support. Flash is used for many, many product demos/feature tours and voice-over is integral to a great number of them. I think it would be a huge boost for Xiph, Ogg, etc. and a smart move for MM.
No, I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
