Tremor performance patch

I've noticed that there is a patch to improve performance of Tremor (lowmem branch) (information from http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Tremor). Unfortunately I cannot access http://www.sandvall.nu/patch. Does anyone know where I could download this patch from?
Thank you in advance for any information.

Best regards,
