MP3Gain - Not Enough Samples?

I am mp3gaining an entire album, but one of the tracks gives me an error.

Not enough samples to do analysis.
When I play this file in winamp 5, the playlist says it's 16 minutes long, while the player window gives the correct time of just over 3 minutes.

Is there any way to fix this?

It is CBR 192

Its probably a broken file.  Reencode it.  Using RG on broken files given unpredictable results anyway so its probably not worth it anyway.

Fix MP3 Header with foobar2000

What are the "encoder delay" and "pad" options of foobar's Fix MP3 Header?
In the Encoder Delay, there is a value of 576 (samples for LAME). What if the mp3 file was encoded with FHG, will this value change?

BTW, is there anyway to make an mp3 file with wrong header encoded with FGH play gapless with foobar?

Thanks,
