iRiver iMP's with lossless support?

I was looking at iRiver's web site and was reading about the iMP-550 (What a beautiful thing ).  I noticed that it supports the asf file format.  I then remembered that in nero there is an option to create asf files with WMA9 lossless!

So, my question is (that's if you have not already fiqured it out!), does the iRiver iMP's play WMA9 lossless files in an asf container file???

I doubt this works, because if it did, some of their users would have caught on already.

Good point!
