Avoid monitoring playlist

Do it is possible do avoid monitoring and automatic update of autoPlaylist and playlist and do it manually as music folder do?

You are asking to "execute" AutoPlaylists on demand (i.e. as a container for a query).
Any playlist loaded on UI is always being monitored, so AutoPlaylists are being updated on real time.

You have 2 options. Either use my playlist manager (full support for any kind of playlist) or Marc's one (built-in on SMP samples, only supports AutoPlaylists).
SMP is needed in any case. And no, theres is no other way. (unless you want to save the queries manually on any of those available Filter/facets panels)
