dbpoweramp Locks Windows Explorer On Right Click Edit Id-Tag

Hello, I have dbpoweramp R15 installed on Win8.1 x64. I have been using this program for years now on Vista and Win7 with no problems. My issue now is that when I right click on an audio file and select Edit ID-Tag, the dialogue opens up ok, but windows explore locks up and the busy circle shows up when I move the mouse to the file's folder, and I can't do anything with the right click. The only way to get around this is to open a new instance of file explorer. This is very annoying and time consuming. Is this normal...? I don't remember having this problem with dbpoweramp before Win8. Please advise, and thank you very much.

Thanks, I already tried that, but I don't have permission to post new messages. When I registered, no email was sent to confirm registration...but I am registered. What needs to be done to be able to post in the dbpoweramp forums...? thanks again for your help.

edit: What I'm basically saying is that I don't have any permission to post anything on the forum...What do I need to do...? Thx.

Thanks spoon. Does this mean it is an issue with dbpoweramp and Win8.1...? Just to give you additional information, I disabled all context menu extensions except Microsoft and Internet Explorer with ShellExView to discard any possibility that other third part sw was conflicting with dbpoweramp; restarted my PC, but the issue still persisted, so we can safely assume it's an issue between dbpoweramp and win8.1...?
