I frequently listen to audiobooks which have long MP3 files to them.
I've been looking around, but haven't been able to find an audio player that lets you bookmark your place in a file during playback.
foobar runs clean and quick on my system and that'd be a cool feature to have, so I thought I'd request it.
Hi,
if you use Columns UI take a look: foo_uie_bookmarks (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=46612)

I'm guessing Columns UI is a plugin?
No but I will, thanks
Columns UI (http://yuo.be/columns.php) is a different User Interface. It's not included by default.

I downloaded columns UI ... it doesn't indicate where to install it to.
does it go in the root foobar2000 directory, or the components directory, or where, do you happen to know?
You have to put the .dll in the "components"-folder. Restart foobar - you will be asked which User Interface Module you want to use. Select "Coumns UI".
Later you can switch between DUI and CUI in the "Preferences" under "Display" - "User Interface Module".
