Hi.I´m using foobar 9.6.2 and a logitech wireless mouse and the latest version of setpoint.everything is allright but I can´t assign the middle-click button of my mouse.
I try in preferences keyboard shorcuts but when i push this button nothing occurs.all six buttons of my mouse are full funcional..
I can´t assign any funcion in foobar for this middle button(album list etc..)Why?

Maybe because it's not a keyboard button?  Try this: go to SetPoint Settings, under My Mouse, then under 1. Select Mouse select your mouse, then 2. Select Button go for middle button, then 3. Select Task, select "Keyboard Assignment", then at the bottom choose what shortcut you want, say Ctrl+Space for instance, then go to foobar and under Prefs>Keyboard Shortcuts make your shortcut point to Ctrl+Space, then your mouse middle button should do the task you want in foobar. Of course then it won't act as a normal middle button, but I am assuming that is what you want???

you didn´t understand me..(sorry I try but my english is not good enough..)the behaviour of my mouse middle-click button(the wheel) is normal for all the tasks(firefox, windows explorer ,etc..) and I don´t want to change this.
In preferences keyboard shortcuts I can assign the others buttons of my mouse but not the middle one.
All foobar´s funcions with middle clicking button are died..(the behaviour in playlists, playlist tabs etc..)
all this funcions were right with my old usb mouse.Anyway to solve this?

thanks

I recently had issues assigning buttons with SetPoint as well (different application though).

I found this free set of additional options that makes SetPoint much more versatile.  This may help you out.

uberOptions (http://www.mstar.net/users/rlowens/uberOptions/)

Apparently my MX400 mouse doesn't support he 'full' functionality of SetPoint, but uberOptions negates that and makes SetPoint even better.

thanks for your interest!
It´s curious..with uberoptions the middleclick works fine but disable all mouse and keyboard media funcions in foobar!strange thing..
in this case I prefer to uninstall..
any other way?

My keyboard and mouse (both logitech) are completely working in windows and foobar2000 without setpoint. I uninstalled setpoint because it gives me no extra's. Maybe this works for you too.

it works for me too but I like to use the left-right of the middle mouse button when I am in firefox etc.I use some OSD and shortcuts in my media player and I´d like to preserve them..

I'm a bit late, but I have a suggestion if you haven't taken care of this yourself by now.  I also use a logitech mouse with uber installed.  My keyboard is logitech too and the media buttons use to not work unless foobar was the active window.  I just went to keyboard shortcuts and set up global hotkeys for them.  Now they work on foobar no matter what window is active.  If your middle click works with uber, this could take care of the rest of it.
