Shouldn't it be the goal of a resampler to alter the perceived sound as little as possible? Also, what is it you expect to hear a difference from, another resampler?

As long as it's in the "Active DSPs" list in the DSP Manager in foobar, then it's working.

Some DSPs have to be "manually" turned on. I know this is the case for Dolby Headphone DSP (have to go to its preferences, set a valid dolby dll, and restart) and for Channel Mixer (have to enable it from its preferences).

I don't know about this resampler, but there is a small chance that it might have to be manually enabled by going to its settings.
