Is the offset reported by Nero CD Speed in the Advanced DAE Quality Test accurate?

Yes, you get the correct combined offset.

So let me see if I get this right: the Advanced DAE Quality Test reports offsets 2256 bytes (564 samples) for my DVD drive and 2632 bytes (658 samples) for my CD writer. Then I enter (in EAC's drive configuration) 564 as the combined offset for my DVD drive and 658 for my CD writer?

Correct.
