Hi. Foobar can encoded this type files to mp3?

Or someone can rip me this files from me? to 320/441hz?

Hi there,

Have you tried foo_psf (https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_psf) (PSF Decoder) component?

Install the Free Encoder Pack (https://www.foobar2000.org/encoderpack) if you need LAME MP3.

Then to convert, right-click files > Convert > and select '...' for Converter (https://wiki.hydrogenaud.io/index.php?title=Foobar2000:Converter) options.

I did it, but sound more fast compared to the normal ost (http://"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUmbCzIDmwk&list=PLaf1ohZtLnOW00GA0PK9_3CeTretH4duh")

And the XA files from this game (http://"https://www.zophar.net/music/playstation-psf/evil-zone.html"), only let me rip them to 320/32000hz and i want it in 44100.

The source material isn't 44100Hz. XA peaks at 37800Hz. You won't get any better from the game itself.
