Suggestion: Option to Disable Panel Switch Flash Indicator

Hello @Peter
I rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts to access panels. However, when a panel is already open and I press the shortcut to bring it forward, there's a flashing indicator that appears twice. This can be distracting. I would like to suggest adding an option to disable this flash indicator when switching to an already open panel.
I've attached a demonstration video for clarity.

@Peter
Thank you so much for foobar2000 v2.25 preview 2025-05-09 [x64] and the new advanced option: "Flash element on activate from menu."

However, I noticed that this option only affects core software elements such as Playlist Manager, Media Library Search, Album List, etc.

Third-party components like ESLyric and Vital Bookmarks are not affected by the setting—they continue to flash when activated, even when the option is disabled.

Is there something that third-party components need to implement for this feature to work?

When I disable the advanced option "Flash element on activate from menu," it affects core components, but third-party ones still flash. I've attached a video for clarity.
