AAC gapless playback tags

Hi!

According to FDK AAC wiki there is two ways of storing gapless playback info in AAC files: iTunSMPB tag and ISO edts + sgpd atoms.

Is there any programs that can add iTunSMPB tag to the files that already have ISO gapless playback info? And vice versa? Without re-encoding, just add tag.
