changing the color of part of text of a single column

Me again.
I created a custom column like this: %title%[ '  //  ' %composer%]
Is it possible to make the text color of the %composer% different than of the %title% ?

That was what I was afraid of. OK, thanks for the answer, I suddenly don't want to change it any more.

You can however, use the dim/highlight feature as instructed in Color functions on the wiki.

you can install EsPlaylist for full $rgb support in default UI.

it might be a bit confusing the first time you add it because groups are collapsed and it looks like a library browser. to make it look like a normal playlist, right click>options>view style>flat view (fixed)

from there you can right click column headers and edit the title formatting accordingly. the added bonus is that you can hide column headers as well.

The >>highlight<< did the trick for me, but I'll keep that in mind, thanks.

I did link to the aforementioned article with the specific intention that you would see the description of highlighting as well as the proscription of colours, but I guess it took a second reference to notice that bit.
