[HELP needed] ABC/HR testing of audio codecs at very low bitrates

I have neither the ears, nor the headphones, nor the patience, nor the knowledge to carry out this test, so I would be extremely grateful if someone would test xHE-AAC vs. Opus vs. any other codec(s) of your choice for speech/voice (preferably mono) at very low bitrates: specifically 12, 16 and 24 Kbps. 32Kbps seems redundant, as speech should be nearly transparent at this bitrate.

I made similar test a few years ago and I don't think encoders have improved significantly:

Music and Voices results are separated.
Keep in mind that xHE-AAC was Fraunhofer's version because open sourced Exhale doesn't allow such low bitrate.

Honestly you don't really need good ears or hardware to test them at 12 or 16 kbps. Nor even an ABX software is needed. Just encode with the two encoders and listen them through your player. It should give you a good opinion about how they perform according to your own taste.
