Removed posts are still listed under "New Posts"

This seems to be a forum bug.  Sometimes I follow a link from the "New Posts" list to a thread, but there is no new post in there (I presume because it has been removed as spam).
It's your privilege to disagree, but that doesn't make you right and me wrong.

Not completely removed, just moved to Recycle Bin. Seems like a good way to remove posts!

Then perhaps the link in "New Posts" should land on that post in the Recycle Bin,,, but it doesn't.

Any admin like @spoon should look in this problem.

This *may* be related to server maintenance back in June 2022 that also resulted in the current forum search issue.
