Feature request.

At the moment transparency for a panel can only be set by rightclicking the caption of that panel and is not shown in the overall panel options.
This means you can only set transparency for a panel by first enabling the caption for a panel in panel options and then have to rightclick the caption of that panel, set transparency and then hide the caption again.

Can pseudo transparency also be added to the overall panel options grid?
